This website is operated by Aisha Fashion World. Throughout the website, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Aisha Fashion World.

Aisha Fashion World provides this website, including its information, products, services and tools, subject to your acceptance of these Terms of Service and the policies referenced within them.

By visiting our website, purchasing a product, booking an appointment or using one of our services, you agree to these Terms. They apply to all website users, including browsers, customers and anyone who submits content.

Please read these Terms carefully before using our website. If you do not agree with them, you should not use the website or purchase our products or services.

Our online store is hosted by Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform used to display and sell our products and services.

SECTION 1 – ONLINE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of legal majority in your country or region, or that you have authorised a minor dependent to use this website under your supervision.

You must not use our products, services or website for an unlawful or unauthorised purpose or violate any applicable law, including intellectual-property and copyright laws.

You must not introduce viruses, malicious code or other material intended to damage or interfere with the website.

A serious breach of these Terms may result in the termination of your access to our services.

SECTION 2 – GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, appointment or service request where we have a reasonable and lawful reason to do so.

Information submitted through the website may be transmitted across different networks and adapted to meet technical requirements. Payment information is encrypted during transmission through the applicable payment provider.

You must not copy, reproduce, duplicate, sell, resell or exploit any part of our website, content or services without our prior written permission.

Headings are included for convenience and do not alter the meaning of these Terms.

SECTION 3 – INFORMATION ON THIS WEBSITE

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that the information on our website is accurate, complete and current. However, occasional errors, omissions or outdated information may occur.

Historical articles and blog content are provided for general information and reference. They should not be treated as professional, legal, medical or financial advice.

We may update or correct website content where reasonably necessary.

SECTION 4 – PRICES, CURRENCIES AND SERVICE CHANGES

Product and service prices may change without advance notice.

Prices may be displayed in United States dollars or another available market currency. Currency conversions shown by Shopify, payment providers or customer devices may be approximate. The amount charged will be the amount confirmed during checkout or agreed in writing for an appointment-based service.

We may modify, suspend or discontinue a product, service or website feature. This does not affect orders or contractual commitments already accepted by us unless a change is reasonably necessary and the customer is offered an appropriate remedy.

SECTION 5 – PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

Aisha Fashion World may offer:

• Ready-to-wear clothing and occasionwear
• Bridal gowns and accessories
• Custom-made and made-to-measure bridal garments
• Modest fashion
• Wedding-dress rentals
• Alterations, tailoring and restyling
• Appointment-based and home services

Some products and services may be available exclusively online, by appointment, in limited quantities or only in selected locations.

We make reasonable efforts to display colours, photographs, measurements and descriptions accurately. Colours and details may appear differently depending on lighting, screens and devices.

Customers are responsible for checking product descriptions, sizing information, prices and availability before purchasing.

We may limit the sale or provision of products and services by quantity, customer, location or jurisdiction where reasonably necessary.

SECTION 6 – CUSTOM-MADE AND PERSONALISED ORDERS

Custom-made, made-to-measure and personalised garments are created according to information and choices supplied or approved by the customer.

The customer is responsible for providing accurate measurements, design requirements and contact information and for attending agreed fittings.

A cancellation or refund may be requested before the design mood board has been issued and before tailoring, fabric sourcing or production has begun.

Once the mood board has been issued, the design process has commenced. The order becomes non-refundable, and changes to the agreed design will not be accepted unless approved by Aisha Fashion World.

Approved changes may affect the price, materials and completion date and may incur additional charges.

Production and completion times are estimates and may change because of design complexity, fitting requirements, material availability or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

SECTION 7 – ALTERATIONS, TAILORING AND RESTYLING

Alteration, tailoring and restyling services may be provided through appointments at our confirmed Kenya location or through arranged home services in Qatar.

Customers must provide accurate information about the garment, the required work and any deadline before the service is accepted.

Alteration and tailoring payments become non-refundable once measurements have been taken, materials have been purchased or work has begun.

Customers are responsible for attending agreed fittings and checking the fit and requested changes during those appointments.

If there is a concern with completed work, the customer should contact us promptly. We will assess the work and, where appropriate, arrange a reasonable correction.

SECTION 8 – WEDDING-DRESS RENTALS

Wedding-dress rentals are subject to availability and confirmation.

Before a rental is completed, we may confirm:

• The selected gown
• Rental dates and duration
• Fitting arrangements
• Rental charge and reservation payment
• Security deposit
• Collection, delivery or home-service arrangements
• Cleaning responsibilities
• Return date and time
• Charges for loss, damage or late return

Once a gown and rental date have been confirmed and reserved, the booking or reservation payment is non-refundable.

The customer is responsible for returning the gown in accordance with the agreed rental conditions. Additional charges may apply for unreasonable damage, loss, unauthorised alterations, missing accessories or late return.

If Aisha Fashion World cannot provide the confirmed gown or agreed service, we will offer a suitable alternative or refund the relevant payment.

Rentals do not qualify for the standard 14-day merchandise return process.

SECTION 9 – ORDERS, BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse, limit or cancel an order where:

• A product is unavailable
• Pricing or product information is materially incorrect
• Payment cannot be verified
• Fraud or unauthorised activity is reasonably suspected
• The order appears to be intended for unauthorised resale
• We cannot safely or lawfully fulfil the order

If we cancel a paid order, we will notify the customer using the details provided and arrange an appropriate refund.

Customers must provide complete and accurate billing, delivery and contact information and keep their account information current.

SECTION 10 – PAYMENTS

Available payment methods may vary by country, market and service.

An order is not confirmed until the required payment has been authorised or an appointment-based payment arrangement has been confirmed in writing.

Custom-made orders, alterations and rentals may require deposits, reservation payments or staged payments. The applicable arrangement will be explained before work or the booking begins.

Payment processing may be provided by Shopify or an independent payment provider. Their own terms and privacy practices may also apply.

SECTION 11 – DELIVERY AND COLLECTION

Delivery, shipping and collection are governed by our Shipping Policy:

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise. Delays may occur because of customs processing, courier disruption, weather, public holidays, regional events or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers must provide an accurate delivery address, telephone number and contact information.

International customers may be responsible for import duties, taxes, customs charges and clearance fees unless expressly stated otherwise.

SECTION 12 – CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Eligible ready-to-wear products and accessories may be returned in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

Custom-made garments, personalised items, altered garments, alteration services and wedding-dress rentals have different cancellation and refund conditions because they are prepared or reserved specifically for the customer.

Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory rights that apply where a product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or materially different from its description.

SECTION 13 – OPTIONAL TOOLS AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We may provide access to third-party tools, payment services, messaging services, social-media services or external websites that we do not own or control.

Third-party services are provided under their own terms. We are not responsible for the content, availability, security or practices of an independent third party, except where responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.

Customers should review the relevant third party’s terms and policies before using its services.

SECTION 14 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Aisha Fashion World name, branding, website content, original photographs, videos, designs, mood boards, illustrations, graphics and written materials may be protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual-property rights.

You must not copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, modify, commercially exploit or use our content or original designs without prior written permission.

Purchasing a product or service does not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to the customer.

SECTION 15 – CUSTOMER REVIEWS, PHOTOGRAPHS AND SUBMISSIONS

If you submit a review, photograph, testimonial or other content for publication, you confirm that:

• The content is accurate and based on your genuine experience
• You have the right to submit it
• It does not violate another person’s privacy or intellectual-property rights
• It is not unlawful, abusive, defamatory, misleading or harmful

We will not use private client photographs, fitting images or wedding images for marketing without appropriate permission.

We may moderate or remove website content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive or otherwise inappropriate.

Customers must not submit another person’s private information, photographs or measurements without their permission.

SECTION 17 – ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS

Occasionally, our website may contain typographical errors, incorrect prices, inaccurate descriptions, availability errors or omissions.

We may correct errors and update information. If a material error affects an order already placed, we will contact the customer and offer an appropriate correction, alternative or refund.

• To infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights
• To harass, abuse, threaten or discriminate against another person

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aisha Fashion World will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the relevant order or service was agreed.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful. This includes applicable liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer-protection rights.

SECTION 20 – EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, war, regional disruption, government restrictions, customs delays, transport disruption, courier failures, strikes, internet outages or interruptions to suppliers.

Where such an event affects an accepted order or service, we will communicate with the customer and take reasonable steps to minimise the disruption.

SECTION 21 – INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to compensate Aisha Fashion World for reasonable losses, claims or costs resulting directly from your unlawful use of the website, serious breach of these Terms or infringement of another person’s rights.

This section does not limit any mandatory consumer rights.

SECTION 22 – SEVERABILITY

If any part of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that part will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary. The remaining Terms will continue to apply.

SECTION 23 – TERMINATION

These Terms remain effective while you use our website or services.

You may stop using the website at any time. We may restrict or terminate access where we reasonably believe that a user has seriously violated these Terms or applicable law.

Rights and obligations arising before termination will continue where appropriate.

SECTION 24 – ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with our published policies and any written order, booking or service agreement, form the agreement between the customer and Aisha Fashion World.

If specific written terms are agreed for a custom-made garment, alteration or rental, those specific terms will apply to that service alongside these general Terms.

SECTION 25 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and any separate agreements through which we provide products or services are governed by the laws applicable to the Aisha Fashion World business fulfilling the relevant order or service.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer-protection rights that apply in the customer’s country or region.

SECTION 26 – CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version on our website.

Changes will apply from the date they are published and will not remove rights relating to orders already accepted unless the change is required by law.
